Read BioAndrew Lawton hails from Melbourne, Australia, and has spent 14 years working professionally in film and television. Graduating in 1998 with a BA in film from The University of Melbourne, Andrew then moved to New York to accept a scholarship studying an MFA in film and theatre at Sarah Lawrence College. He has worked on both continents for numerous TV networks, notably Grundy's Television and Crawfords Productions in Australia, and ABC here in the U.S.
In 2003 he was a founding partner of 'Thursday Films' and in 2005 was appointed creative director of 'Pier's End Productions', a film company with offices in Miami & New York. Andrew also headed the film and video department at Stagedoor Manor Performing Arts Training Center during 2001. As a filmmaker he has written and directed the films "Rain", "Some guy called Toby" and "Wake", the latter having a sold-out red-carpet premiere at New York's Tribeca Cinema during August, 2008.

Senior Partner & Business Advisor
Read BioUpon joining the Kinetic Media team, Jim returns to the film and media field after decades working as a lawyer and principal in the financial services industry on a global basis.
Jim completed his PhD in American Studies with a concentration in film at the University of Maryland and wrote his dissertation on John Cassavetes. Jim taught photography and video production along with creative writing prior to completing his PhD and law degree.
Over the years Jim has maintained his love of and interest in photography and film and is rarely without a camera.

Production Associate
Read BioCullen Golden is a native of New York City's Lower East Side. He is a graduate of the NYC Home Educators Alliance and is a member of the MCC Theatre Youth Company.
He has studied film with Chuck Smith and recently worked with him on the film Oral History with Frank Stella at the Glass House. He was also the assistant editor for Rebuilding Afghanistan, One Book at a Time, with Wringinghands Productions for the Afghanistan Centre at Kabul University.
Cullen has performed with the MCC Youth Company in three of their annual spring plays and is a member of their Play Writing Lab where his one act play “Taking Leave” was produced in their Fresh Play Festival in NYC. Cullen is a classical guitarist and has directed the films "Liquid Guns", "Moments with Carl", "Encounters" and "Life as a Ninja".

Graphic Designer
Read BioGiuseppe hails from Gioia del Colle, Italy and is the most recent addition to Kinetic's graphic design team. Before moving to New York he excelled as a graphic designer and web designer for Italian companies Leader Mobile, ISIPS and Opera 77.
Giuseppe developed a passion for filmmaking during his years as a film projectionist at the Cinema Sacro Cuore in his hometown of Gioia Del Colle. His latest film, "4 to Chris" is currently in post-production.
A multi-talented graphic designer, web designer and filmmaker, Giuseppe earned his Diploma of Art and Science at Liceo Scientifico in Italy and a Bachelor of Communication Sciences from Università degli Studi di Bari, also in Italy. He is fluent in English, having obtained a Level 8 grading on the EF Certificate.

Director of Photography
Read BioSkip Roessel is a New York City-based director of photography of twenty-five years' experience. He first worked as a still photographer shooting tabletop and editorial for advertising, annual reports and other commercial photography. In 1980 he began shooting TV commercials, including a national Pizza Hut campaign, and founded a film production company.
Skip's credits now number in the hundreds, spanning all production formats from DV video to 35mm Panavision, photographed in fourteen countries. He's filmed BBC documentaries, various PBS series, Sesame Street, over 100 episodes of Nickelodeon's Blue Clues and five feature films. His photography of the film 'Vamping' was featured in premier trade magazine American Cinematographer. Awards include a Clio, Grand Prize at the 1996 Caples Awards for best TV spot, an Eastman Kodak Worldfest award for best cinematography, and he shared the best cinematography award at Sundance in 1999 for his work on the feature '2x4' with lead DP Declan Quinn.

Production Associate
Read BioDylan's original focus was to work in front of the camera and over the radio. However, once he got behind the controls of the keyboard, his passion for post-production and behind the scenes work blossomed. After numerous school projects and internships, Dylan graduated from Rider University with a B.A. in Communications with a focus in Radio TV Broadcast.
Since graduation, Dylan has been doing freelance production work in and around the tri-state area. Some of his past credits include production assistant on the film “Wake,” video editor for iFashion network, as well as production associate for Kinetic Media. Dylan continues to work on projects ranging from corporate videos to documentaries and mini series. Dylan has a great passion for the sport of springboard diving. Since retiring from the sport after being a competitive diver for 16 years, Dylan stays involved by assistant coaching at a club in Greenwich, CT as well as performs in diving shows around the north east.

Sound Designer
Composer
Read BioPontus H.W. Gunve, Sound designer and composer, started his musical career in Sweden, but was drawn to the big apple in the late 90's. He received his Master's Degree in Music Technology from New York University, which helped him hone his musical and sonic skills, and it also helped him shape his unique musical style.
His work have been featured in award-wining documentaries, feature films, short films, advertisements, internet and multimedia campaigns, and has also allowed him to collaborate on projects both in America and in Europe.
Pontus remains an active musician. He has collaborated on large scale musical productions, produced albums, session work (as a lead guitarist), and he has two solo albums currently available in stores.
